Fun Guy, our English Brown has complex earthy malt notes which are complimented by Morels, Porcini, Lobster, Oyster and Boletes mushrooms. Serve Fun Guy at cellar temp (45-50F) to accentuate Mushroom complexity. Fun Guy received a shout out in Draft Magazine for its use of Morels and other Northern WI mushrooms.

Our a Marzen style Oktoberfest, has notes of toasted malt and also slight Noble hop in the aroma. A smooth and soft malty flavor balances noble hops and finally a clean lager finish. A boggling beer. Our Café Blonde is light and refreshing yet roasty, and coffee like. The aroma of coffee and malt lead to a soft malty mouthfeel and the finish is light and refreshing. Try it with your eyes closed.
This German dark lager, a.k.a Bavarian Dunkel, has rich bread crust aroma and complex Munich malt flavors which linger in to the finish. Available for distribution and in the tap room during Winter months.
