We’re cooking up another delicious pairing event featuring 888 Cheese & Co. and Ahnapee brews! This Brews & Small Plates event features three unique courses and will be on May 11th starting at Noon. Similar to the prior Small Plates events, it will be hosted in our private event room at our Suamico taproom. Enjoy 3 courses of small plates, each course expertly paired with Ahnapee Craft Beer for only $25 per person. Space is limited, register today!
The menu on Saturday, May 11th will be the courses below and each course will be paired with a 12oz beer!
- Burrata Cheese. Fresh Burrata Cheese served with grilled bread Roma tomato, olive oil balsamic glaze and chiffonade basil.
- Cheesy Pesto Chicken (Baked). Chicken breast marinade in our homemade pesto sauce baked, topped with mozzarella & Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Strawberry Short Cake topped with strawberry and whipped cream.
