Clay Studio 1242 is taking the show on the road for a fun and creative event where you can make your very own hand-built stein right at the brewery! We can’t think of a better way to get into the Oktoberfest spirit than by sipping a brew and making you very own stein!
Our studio will provide all the materials you need to create a unique and fully customizable stein to enjoy all your beverages out of! You will start with slabs of clay, add your personalized decoration to it, and pick a glaze color for your creation to be fired in. The piece you make will be 100% functional, dishwasher and food safe.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced potter, our instructors will guide you through the process. This in-person event is a great way to unleash your creativity and make something special to enjoy your favorite beverages in. We will bring loads of texture rollers, stamps, cookie cutters and molds to really give it a personal touch, but don’t let that limit your vision! Things to bring – items to make textures, cookie cutters, circuit stencils (small), and loads of creativity! We will also be bringing an Ahnapee custom stamp made for this event so you can attach it to your stein at the end if you’d like. Things to know:
- 1 beverage will be included in your ticket purchase.
- Space is limited to 20 participants
- We cannot add people in after this event has sold out – please watch the number of tickets left available at checkout
- Gift cards for Clay Studio 1242 cannot be redeemed at this event
- Refunds will be available until 24hrs before the event
- This is at the Green Bay Location!
- Pieces will be ready approximately 4-6 weeks after the event – you can pickup at either Ahnapee GB or at our studio located in Downtown Green Bay
- Pottery is a dynamic process. While we strive to accurately describe the whole process and how our glazes work, there are sometimes variables that cause different, but wonderful results 🙂
