Black-Eis Bock: Join us at either garage taproom for a sneak peek of Black Eis-Bock! We’ll be tapping 5 gallons at noon at both taprooms of our upcoming yet-to-be-tapped Eisbock. This brew went through a freeze treatment which allowed us to concentrate not only the flavors, but also the alcohol. The process known as freeze distilling intensifies the dark malt characteristics, but still allows it to be a very smooth lager. If you can’t catch the sneak preview, look for the full batch release in colder months of winter!
Barrel Flight Club: Also on Friday, November 24th we’ll be announcing a brand new club to Ahnapee, the Barrel Flight Club! To kick off the Flight Club (as in a “flight of beer”), we’ll have Two Stall Squared aged in 4 different spirit barrels (think specialty bourbon barrels, rum barrels, etc) which will only be available to Barrel Flight Club members. Members will receive one four pack of 12oz bottles from each of the barrels, each released throughout the year of 2024. There is only 1 wooden barrel of each variant so membership will be limited to less than 100 members. More details including the barrel types, release dates and how to purchase for you or a loved one … announced on Black Friday!
