This English Brown has complex earthy malt notes which are complimented by Morels, Porcini, Lobster, Oyster and Boletes mushrooms. Serve Fun Guy at cellar temp (45-50F) to accentuate Mushroom complexity. Fun Guy received a shout out in Draft Magazine for its use of Morels and other Northern WI mushrooms.
Our Hellesbock aged in red wine barrels, (Namesake of Helles in Red). Acidity and tannin borrowed from the barrels balance the malty body. Smooth and dangerous. Enjoy it in Spring while it lasts! Available in Taproom and limited distribution.
An unspiced Belgian Farmhouse Saison, fermented with funky Belgian yeast which imparts lemon, pear, pepper spice, and earthiness. Subtle sweetness with dry finish make this beer perfect for doing Chores, or just enjoying a pint or two.
Brewed with roasted pumpkin, pumpkin spices, vanilla beans and malts that mimic a perfectly cooked pie crust. Soft malty sweetness leads to a smooth finish in this session-able Pumpkin Ale. Available in the taproom and on draft for distribution.
This German dark lager, a.k.a Bavarian Dunkel, has rich bread crust aroma and complex Munich malt flavors which linger in to the finish. Available for distribution and in the tap room during Winter months.
