“Son of Brett” Bottle Release!
Experience a Brettanomyces ale aged in wine barrels in the solera style for nearly four years! Son of Brett, is the second pull off last years It Is Brett which was primarily fermented with multiple different Brett yeast strains. We left 1/2 of each barrel filled with It Is Brett, and topped it up with more fresh beer, to allow both new and old blend seamlessly into each other. This blend on top of the multiple strains of yeast provide our brew a unique, funky, earthy and complex characteristics. All of this is complemented with the wine barrel undertones.
This brew is higher in alcohol, however less than the It Is Brett due to the blending. Bottles and draft will be available starting at noon so join us early.
