We’ve been working on a project for the better part of a year and now, it’s ready to be released! Our Barrel Aged Cherry Bounce is extra special and super limited!
This very cherry forward, nearly wine-like brew, started out with being fermented on with huge amounts of cherry juice. We then aged two whiskey barrels with this delightful garnet colored brew for 10 months to introduce balanced oak and tannin. The result is something very special and…very limited!
Bottle sales are Sold Out, however we’ll have the Barrel Aged Cherry Bounce on tap starting at Noon on Saturday, December 10th at both taprooms!
